He was willing to go over the spot to be sure it came out.
- Showed up nearly 90 minutes late, and didn't call until he was already 45 min late. - Did a pretty good job with the carpets. They looked good afterwards - Dumped the dirty vac water into my toilet without flushing I chose this one because he quoted me the lowest rate. I got what I paid for.
He was very professional and did a good job.
He was on time and consistent as needed.
He initially gave me a high quote. He later called me again (having forgotten about the past conversation) and I told him his quote was too high. He essentially matched my budget as it sounded like he really wanted the job. He's a nice guy and hard worker but I think this could've been handled more professionally on his end and he would've gotten the job right away instead of the back and forth.
They were very quick to contact me regarding my cleaning requirements. They arrived when scheduled and did a great job on the windows.
The couch was a mess coming out of storage. I didn't think it was cleaned so good, but the next morning when the couch was dry. It looked great! I really apperciate the job Mr. Beale's did.
The quality of his work was good. However, he was over 1.5 hours later from the agreed upon appointment time. He did call several times to keep me informed when he would be arriving, but still very late none-the-less. He stated his wife had a flat tire. While performing the job, he was repeatedly taking calls on his cell phone, that appeared to be personal calls. Rather than tell them he was on a job, and had work to do, he stopped to talk. He could have easily finished the job quicker.
