The service was good and the price was reasonable. The carpet cleaning however could have been better. I would rate it at the level as the results of a basic "Rug Dr." that you would get at your local grocery store.

Mr. Beale did a wonderful job and very reasonably priced. My carpet was not in good shape at all, light color and lots and lots of stains. He worked really hard and got them out. Of course some are so down in the backing that they do come back, but this is not his fault. My family that came for Easter was very impressed with the carpet. The only thing is his getting there when he tells you he will be. He may not be on time but he does call and does show up, eventually. I would recommend this company. Good
Pleasant person, on time, worked hard. A few stains remained on one sofa he cleaned. I'm not certain his cleaning technology/system. was the latest. On the whole, a good job.
