The service received from Beale's Cleaning Service was outstanding. No haggle on pricing and completeded the work promptly as promised. I will continue to use Beale's in the future.
My experience with Beale's Cleaning Services was both positive and negative. As I am a stickler for time, I was very annoyed that Mr. Beale was not on time. He promised to be there at 8:00 AM, but called around 8:15 AM to say that he would arrive around 8:45 AM. On the other hand, Mr. Beale and his team did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. To his credit, Mr. Beale was the first (and only) one of the contractors listed in to contact me. The only drawback was the price. We have a balcony that is 9'0" by 6'0" in diameter. Mr. Beale's quoted price was $300.00. We thought that was entirely too much money for powerwashing and sealing of a balcony that small. We were able to negotiate a lower price ($250.00).
