HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE QUALITY!!! I hired this guy (Anthony) to powerwash my townhouse. At first he didn't come when promised and I had to call him to see if he's coming at all. When he finally came, he did not have a ladder and I asked how was he going to reach the upper part of the townhouse. Anthony said not to worry. I asked hime if he washed the upper part and he said yes.After siding dried up I saw that the mildew is still all over the place. Mr Beales did both the carpets and the house cleaning. A super job!! The carpets had many stains, and all were taken out. The carpet pile stood up high after he was done. His home cleaning was also first rate, and the price was fair. I'd definitely use him again.
Mr. Beale Is terrific. As long as I know he's scheduled, I don't mind if he gets to me late. He works until dark and responds to phone call right away. It's all about managing my expectations. I was prepared -- and it worked out great.
Pros: Anthony did great work and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He was very attentive to make absolutely sure I was happy with his work and was more than willing to re-touch areas to make me happy. Cons: Anthony arrived over 2 hours late. I'm still trying to find a contractor who I don't have to spend the whole day waiting for. He also told me he was going to clean my upholstery with "dry cleaning". This was not exactly true. My only complaint is he arrived about an hour and a half late. Apart from this, I had a good experience with the person.
Worked hard to clean our carpets. Showed up on time and did a thorough job. Price was about average.
Mr. Beale's service was exceptional and I would recommend him to other individuals looking for the similar service.
