Anthony and his staff were terrific. I left to run errands and came back to sparkle -- even the air coming in from through the new screens seems cleaner. The crew left before I came back but they locked up and put everything back. The whole house seems to even look cleaner. I would not hesitate to have them back or to recommend them to my neighbors.
Mr. Beale called at 9am (expected arrival time)and asked to reschedule. He thought it was too cold to power wash the house. We asked him to come anyway since he was to clean the carpets for a couple of hours first and the weather forecast was for 60 degrees later in the day. He said he would be there in an hour then. At 11 am he called and said he'd be another hour. He showed up at noon to do the work. The carpets were okay, but no different than using our home carpet cleaner. Anthony was great. A little late but it was not a problem. The work was excellent and they did extra. I would definitely use them again.
