Anthony and his team did a great job - the only thing I would recommend is that when they are writing down things that need to be cleaned, it would be nice if they actually were more forthcoming and recommend things that should be cleaned which the homeowner might overlook. Other than that, they did everything they said they would and Anthony was very cooperative with our shifting schedule - he accomodated us all the way! I would definitely use them again.
He was very, very late (sometimes the nature of his job, getting extra requests and such). He was very professional and did a great job. I will use him again.
We had Beale's Carpet Cleaning clean our carpets and wash our windows. The crew was suppose to arrive between 8 and 9 am. They didn't arrive until 10:30 am. However, we were contacted by phone to tell us they were running late on another job. Once they got here Mr. Beale told us they would be finished by 1:00pm. The job wasn't completed until 4:30pm. I had Anthony do General Cleaning, Powerwashing, Deck Sealing, Windows, and Carpets. They did a fine job, he asked several times if anything was not to my liking, was willing to come back and fix any problems. They were slightly late each day, and work very late until they finish. I also found they do a lot of yelling at each other. Overall happy with the results.
High cost but great customer service
Although I thought it was a little expensive for the small area I needed cleaned, He was very professional and courteous. Got the Job done quickly.
I thought it was a little pricey for the small area that was done and some stains remained on the carpet after the cleaning.
They arrived an hour and a half late. However, they were very good.
