Mr. Beale did a wonderful job on our carpets. He came on very short notice and was very thorough. Thank you for recomending him!
Our stains were pretty tough being that it was animal related, so I guess he did the best he could, but there is still a smell that lingers and we had hoped that would have dissipated.
Key is that the owner of the company works with his crew and keeps tabs on them to be sure they're doing their job properly. If anything on your last inspection of the work is not just right, they will fix it immediately without grousing.
I have used a service from Warrenton, the service quality was comparable but the price was substantially less. Mr. Beale's time of response was very good while I would have had to wait a long time for the other company.
I would use them again. They were excellent.
Very Quick and good.
They did a good job on the windows but did not clean up well after themselves. They were also very LOUD, yelling to each other a lot and yelling into the cell phone.
