Good job! I'll use Anthony's service again and will recommend him to others! He also cleaned my carpets and upholstery after a construction crew really made a mess. That service was excellent!. He will be on my list of quality service for a long time.
Beale's is good for carpet cleaning. I would not use them to clean my house again. They didnt pay very close attention to detail. Left dirty rags in my bathroom, did not replace bathroom rugs, did not take out garbage in bathrooms, did not clean inside shower stall, and accidentally took one of my cleaning supplies. On the positive side, they did a real nice job on my carpets.
My windows sparkle! Anthony and his coworker were pleasant, neat and thorough, and performed the service on the originally agreed upon date. I did think the price he quoted seemed high based ads I had seen(and which I realize can be deceptive), but I am not really in a position to judge budget and value because I had not had my windows professionally cleaned before and did not wish to spend time getting comparative bids.
Overall I was very pleased with the service, but did not get the mini blind cleaning I requested.
I was quoted $165 over the phone and when he arrived 3 hours late he said it would cost $240.
Anthony agreed to call me the next morning and said he would already had a job in Arlington and could clean my carpet the next morning. He was supposed to call me 1 hour before he would arrive so I could let him into my apartment. The next day I had still not heard from him at 2 pm so I called him. He had forgotten. He came over that night at 8:00 pm. Anthony did an excellent job of cleaning and was very courteous, but not timely.
Did a spectacular job. Even removed a stain the carpet machine could not touch. Did a great job manually removing tough stains.
