They were an hour and a half late, although they did go a good job -- I would use them again.
I will never use Beal's again. They will never get a referral from me. That organization is an embarrassment to the cleaning industry. Ultimately, they made several reschedules, came to my house unprepared, twice, and didn't clean the carpets as he had promised. Also, the numbers and words on the stove knobs were scrubbed clean off, so I can't read them unless I get a real close.
