We were the only ones in the waiting room so you would have thought right in and right out. But nope, not the story. We were there from 7:30-12:00. I know waiting on test results to come back takes a little bit of time but wow. I will say though we will be back because they always treat you well when they are with you and past visits make me want to come back. But if it continues this way I'm pretty sure I'll be looking for another place to take my business.

I had a most awesome adventure. I was supposed to be a day surgery , in and out, but it turned into another day! The nurses were absolutely gorgeous, and were so friendly. I must say the room, #15, was a bit on the small size...but clean and friendly! Wonderful stay!

Had to have my gall bladder removed after an ER visit at the Baylor ER in Murphy on 544. They diagnosed the gall bladder issue. Then transported to Lake Point for surgery. The staff in both places was 5Stars! I loved the staff in both. Dr Nichols in Murphy and Dr Abbot at LP were just great!

We took my 16 yr old son to ER in Forney Thurs at 9pm. He had severe pain in right side and was throwing up. He was diagnosed with a kidney stone and infection in his urine. They told us they don't normally admit kidney stones but he had an infection and he would be tested to see if there were more stones because their machine couldn't do that. They admitted him to the hospital we thought for the infection and to see if there were any more stones. After being transported to Rowlett (12:30am) the nurses were great but no one ... read more

I am really surprised at all the problems people have had. My father in law, my mother in law, my husbands grandmother, my husband, my grand daughter, my son and myself have all been in this hospital. we all have had exceptional service/ care. The ER was right on top of everything. I took my husband to ER this past Wednesday. He was immediately taken in and had 8 to 10 medical personnel working on him I am sorry that someone was unhappy about not immediately taken to a room. It was ok but the lady in ER needs to take a class in personality and dealing with the public and put down the novel she was reading on hospital time

I went there for my wife. We were there fir a Migraine but by trhe bills you would think she had the Plaque. They billed me under two different names for the same amounts. Getting through their corporate maze is a fight. Plano here we come even if the drive is longer
