The only good thing about this hospital was a nurse named Tracey. She was a nurse on the "overflow" floor. She made every attempt to take care of my father. My Daddy had a colon resection for colon cancer. He was expected to be in surgery for 3 hours. Ended up being over 5. He was moved to an "overflow" room the size of a closet where he remained for less than 4 days!! He was placed in the said room for recovery as well. He was still very sedated when we came in. Had to take my daughter to the ER on Saturday night with a possible broken leg. Was taken back immediately, didn't get a chance to fill out a form 1st. Nurses, PA and X-ray tech were fantastic, got her checked out xrayed splinted out the door with Ortho referral and pain meds in about 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday night . Very happy with her care. Unfortunately I was back the next night about 11:30 with a pain level of about 11 on a 1-10 scale. Thought it was my gallbladder, but I was in obvious distress. The waiting room was pr... read more

The ER was swamped! The beds werre all full. This is flu season and the wait was the same for four hospitals that we could have gone to to treated. My problem was serious and I was taken into triage several times before I could get a bed. Good service; the staff was working as fast as possible and still being able to give good care to all.

This one doctor is what made the whole pace receive a 1 star. She has horrible bedside manner. Came in with her arms up in the air asking me what I want them to do etc... Then continues to tell me good thing we didn't really find anything wrong with you and had to amit you sents you're a self pay.... She comes back I explained that I no longer wish to deal with her and she closes me and her into a room. I tell her to open the door said said no.. After going to a few "care now" places, my mom wanted to finally just go to the ER to get fully checked out to make sure something wasnt over looked. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted and brought into triage. We were then taken back to a room. The nurses were great. However, im giving a special thanks to Dr Sadie Cole. She treated my mom like she was her own. Thank you. She wanted to do everything possible to make sure my mother was okay. My sister had my niece Monday 2/13/17. My children and I went up there yesterday to visit them. No one I mean no one was there when we got off the elevator to greet nor even protol call the Check in. Unless they don't do that there! Hmm scary if not. Any one , and I mean any one can you go up to floor 2 , the labor & delivery floor and walk into any ones room and do the unthinkable. Wonderful as always. From trips while I was pregnant with my daughter to her birth and our postpartum stay and agin just yesterday for a quick day surgery, everyone is so friendly and helpful. They make sure your time there is comfortable and as worry free as possible!!

They are great about trying to get someone well and they listen to you. We had one of the nurses pray with us.
