Took my daughter for day surgery When we got there staff treated as real will they got us right away to back for her surgery
While the care at the hospital was decent, the billing for this stay has been by far the worst experience I have ever had! The visit itself became very costly with all the test and the different drs. We set all up for payments, unfortunately it does'nt matter if you are paying what you can they still turn you over to Central Financial who then bully you into a payment you truly cannot make or use the scare tactic of reporting to your credit. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a hospital in my life. We had to ask nurses multiple times to wear gloves while drawing blood or administering meds. When we arrived the room was dirty. While my husband was in surgery he missed dinner ordering, so when he returned from surgery to his room we learned there wasn't a dinner tray for him. The kitchen closes at 2pm so there was no one to make anything. When I inquired what could be done the charge nurse suggested Whataburger or Taco Bell down the street. We reques... read more
The staff and all are nice but I just didnt like the fact that I felt the doctor was just trying to get me out the room my problem to me wasn't attended to how it should've been..
The staff ( especially the nurses) were extremely nice and caring
Nice hospital.... nurse Mandy N is the rudest nurse...
The night nurse is like a nightmare. She literally stuck her hand in my mouth to remove a pill she just gave me. That was the highlight of the nightmare.
Other than getting skipped over by 4 others that came in after us and being there for 3 hours I would say all went well. The staff was extremely nice!
