They have been very good to my son and daughter in law who just had a new edition to their family.
Friday morning outpatient surgery on my left foot, for Morton's neuroma. Procedure scheduled for 0700, arrived 0530 as instructed, checked in promptly and all my surgical team were not just professional but warm, courteous, and caring. Also efficient, I was on my way home before 1000. The facilities are clean (as one would expect at a hospital, but not always the case), and tastefully decorated without opulence. My name is Steve Safford the only reason I didn't say I hate it is because I was supposed to die, and Dr Christopher Cottrell, pulled me out. I came in with severe stomach pain and bloating. I am so impressed with the care my brother received not only now but for weeks in January. The doctors are willing to answer all questions and ease your anxiety. The nurses (especially the ICU) were the best. They stayed beyond their shift and kept working with my brother. I feel as if they are our second family. I felt relieved when I saw some familiar faces. I was so surprised when Colleen came in the surgery waiting room to introduce herself as his ICU nurse and tell us what to expect when he gets out of surgery. She neve... read more
Staff were excellent and Dr. Orozco is the best!!!
My mother was admitted on Sunday, November 20th. She slipped into a coma and never came out. Even when it was confirmed that no measures should be taken to save her life, the staff turned their attention to our family. They are absolutely amazing in every way. I am so grateful for the compassion and level of care at Baylor. They made the most difficult day of my life a little bit easier. Thank you for everything.
Everyone here is amazing, the doctors, the nurses, all the techs. Everyone is really here to help you and make you leave feeling better, I would never go to another hospital, I have complete trust in everyone here, they really are here for you. I give it 5 stars.

VERY DISAPPOINTED I waited 4 1/2 hours to get X-rays on a back injury. I left and was never seen by a doctor. THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR $500.00
