How does it feel being the shittiest hospital in the county?
Extremely friendly staff and very professional. I was surprised they was eager to treat me and ask for money / insurance later. That's a huge bonus!
I went in yesterday for a mammogram and bone density scan. Everyone was cheerful, helpful and professional. Everything was completed in a timely manner and even the paper work wasn't bad. The hospital is clean and inviting. They have Starbucks so they get a bonus for that. haha Granted this was an out patient procedure so I can't testify to an in hospital stay and hope I never have to. So far they've made a good impression on me and I recommend them to anyone looking for quality care.
Just had our baby girl here yesterday. Only thing i suggest is comfort height toilets especially for csection mommies like myself and bigger rooms and bathrooms!

Went to ER on Saturday, January 22, mid-morning, with weakness, almost passed out, my husband had to support me into the waiting area. He explained to the receptionist I was about to fall over, and she said the fill out the paperwork and wait as the beds were full. Well, paperwork submitted, and 1-1/2 hours later, without ANYONE checking on me, and I was trying to stay upright, we decided to leave (we checked at the front desk and were told "didn't know how long; beds filled; maybe 2-3 hours or more). They would not let me watch the innoguration on the television in the main waiting room area. Apparently Animal Planet was more important ...or was it the personal opinions of the employee at the registration desk? VERY DISAPOINTED.
The nursing staff I dealt with were efficient Dierdre & Janet were awesome. Dr. Abbott's surgery nurse, Jacklyn was very informative. Everyone was very nice.
The service is awesome, the doctor and nurses are friendly, everything is exceptional
