The New Management structure reflects a positive change BS&W has brought to The table. I was in ICU for ten days and in a room for a week and could not have asked for better care than what I received. Thank you Dr's, nurses, custodians, admin, and physical therapy associates! You all played a part in saving my life.

Had my daughter at 34 weeks emergency c-section..The cord was wrapped around her neck she was in the NICU for a week before coming home.. all the L&d and post natal nurses were amazing and I can't even say in words how amazing the NICU staff was Erin was an Angel my daughter is extremely healthy and I owe it to the NICU staff at Baylor Scott & white. I couldn't be more thankful to everyone there Nichole Meza Had my daughter 11/25/16

My husband was transferred from Baylor ER in Rockwall. His room was ready and all his vitals were taken and he could finally relax. They did his MRI next morning and other blood work and everyone was very friendly and courteous to him and his family that were with him. This is the second time he has been in Lakepoint and he was treated well both times.

I would like to thank Dr Antoney and the great pre-op, Surgery and recovery team for the great care I received. As a nurse I am very critical of the care I receive. The care I received is five stars. I recommend the hospital to anyone having a procedure.

The nurses for the most part were great for the 4 days I was there (except 1 shift in which they took over 30 minutes to help me to the restroom and 45 minutes to help me back into bed), and the other staff such as speech and physical therapy were great. Who wasn't great were the hospitalist and the floor supervisor. I was admitted after repeated falls and had hit my head. I left with no answers to why I continue to have balance issues/am falling and with them knowing I would be alone and still possibly fall and told to foll... read more

The staff was rude and thought I was having a panic attack when I actually had a heart problem. And last time before that brought my three year old who was sick and gave me the wrong medication for him after I followed up with his doctor I have had three bad experiences here wouldn't trust them with my life.

Awesome nurses doctors and techs. Great place. Just wish there was a dinner hour in the cafe. Saw no problems during our time there for the birth of my grandson. Everything went smoothly. Great place!

I had my daughter at this hospital on August 29th...it was mostly a great experience! However...one of the pediatric nurses got my daughter's original weight wrong and now I will never know her birth weight! The same nurse was very rough when attempting to get my daughter nursing and we kicked her out. Due to her weighing so much less than that nurse weighed her in at we had to spend 5 days in the hospital monitoring her weight when the pediatrician and all the nurses determined she couldn't have lost so much weight and stil... read more
