The female nurse on the 3rdfloor named melisha gray was the absolute best!
It was real slow to get a room and I was feeling real sick and I'm pregnant
My Mom was in day surgery. We arrived at 5:25 and was promptly admitted to begin pre-op process. Nurses, aides, admin, and volunteers all so polite and kind. Kept me well informed while she was in surgery. Everything carefully and fully explained at discharge.
The emergency room and 2nd floor staff were awesome. The food was good too.
My daughter had a baby on 6-2-17. The L and D were fantastic. The post partum nurses went out of their way and were so very caring, especially Hanna and April. The only issue we had was at check out on Monday. This nurse that hurried us out was so uncaring and such a know it all attitude. Lake Pointe would do well to release Kim from her duties. It's obvious she doesn't care about her patients care.
I loved how all the nurses and staff were attentive
The nurses here in day surgery pre- and post-op are so awesome. Fran, the check-in nurse remembered me from last week (when I had my knee surgery), saw that I had one crutch with me, so she got me a wheelchair to go back to pre-op.m with my husband. Then, as they were taking my husband back for his shoulder surgery, she got me a wheelchair and brought me to the waiting area.
