He also reminds me on any task’s to taken care of and make sure it’s completed on schedule. I am very happy to have ***** as my property manager!
Bay Management was left with a nightmare taking over our property when ****** Properties went bankrupt. They did not have copies of our leases or our apartment keys. When ****** and her associate **** reached out to us as the new property managers, I reached out to them to let them know that they had nearly 30 tenants who were gun shy given how badly we were treated by the previous two owners of the building. I couldn’t have been more pleased than the day they both stopped by to introduce themselves in person.
*** ***** has been great. I am very satisfied with all services that have been provided. He is the property Manager that everyone would want to have. He has been very instrumental. He is very diligent, organized and looks out for the interest of all parties.
