James Kruse has taken great care of my property. Being a member of the armed forces, we move around a lot. Team Bay Management group did a great job . My house in Greenbelt lasted only a few days on listing and got suitable tenants to move in 2 weeks time . This is very quick . I am impressed with their effort .

I have been stuck in a rut with trying to find D.C. housing, with many management groups and property owners opting to never call or email back. Dontrell called me back about the listing I was inquiring about within the hour, set up an open house the same day, and has been nothing short of amazing the entire process. By far the best experience I've had with a management group throughout this process.

My experience with Bay Property Management Group, especially Sean D has exceeded all my expectations. My husband and I decided to rent out our home after we moved to another state and Sean has been amazing at responding to all my questions via email or text. He has definitely helped ease the anxiety of trying to prepare our house for upcoming tenants since my husband and I cannot be at our house physically to help with this process. I've been renting my property through Bay Management Group for the last 5 years and they have been great throughout. While they may be a bit more expensive than some property managers out there, I do feel as if they strive to make this as painless as possible for both the owner and the tenants. In my opinion, that peace of mind is worth it. I appreciate the property inspections (every 6 mos) and they've addressed every issue quickly and efficiently. My experience with Bay Property Management Group has been nothing but excellent. I've worked with realtors in the past and they were OK, but this particular person stands out professionally. Ms. Takeah F*** was not only patient with me she was very professional. She answered all of my questions and if she didn't know the answer she researched it.
