BMG Arlington Virginia doesn’t have a page so posting here. BMG’s emergency maintenance personnel doesn’t believe that a broken AC unit with an outside temperature of 90 degrees or above is an emergency. If the AC does break they make the tenant pay for the window units, and the excessive electricity bill that comes with that. Hands down the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. First of all, all the good reviews are about Sean. Yes, he is great but he only works with you while you are signing a contract with BMG and to get your house on the market. As a property owner, do yourself a favor and read reviews for ALL BMG offices and go to the better business bureau and read those reviews too!!!BMG DC has great reviews which is why I signed with them.
