One of the worst Property Managers I have dealt with as a renter. The water fees are higher than if you were to pay the water company, the property manager is completely unresponsive when reporting anything, and overall just not a great company. There is currently festering garbage in the hallways because all the trash cans and the trash chute in the building are completely full leading to an infestation of flies and fruit flies, and now I am starting to see roaches. **** was great and the move in process was smooth. It did take awhile to find an apt. The only con was waiting for some one to get back to us in the beginning of our apt search. I assume that BPM waits till an apt is ready to be rented before starting communications with potential renters even know the listings are listed on renting sites etc.

He is very understanding and he definitely goes above and beyond. He always returns my calls, emails and text in a timely matter, .I wish I could give you more stars because you deserve it. I love the fact that if you have a problem he follows up to make sure it's resolved. The world needs more dedicated workers like Mr. *****.

*** ***** has been a great property manager and is always so on top of maintenance requests and all other issues. The leasing team was friendly and responsive and helped us get settled easily. Definitely recommend!
