My husband Fred needed a MRI we were able to have the appointment on a Sunday and the young man who helped us was just so pleasant and helpful.
Yesterday was my last Physical Therapy session following complete knee replacement. Ryland, my physical therapist was wonderful to work with. He was always encouraging and in a good mood. He listened and paid attention then tailored my sessions to address my weakness. Not everything felt good at the time, but the result was no pain medication for the last 6 weeks.
They have always been great. Very responsive and very quick to schedule appointments. Communications with my Doctor are quick and easy with the computer messaging system.
Things went very well. I didn't have to wait very long . Everyone was nice and friendly. It was a good experience.
I am getting the run around for 3 weeks now. No one can tell me who I give the bills to that occured from transporting my father to rehab because they had no room! I have Dr. bills sitting here I don't know what to do with. He also has been cheated out of his in home rehabilitation and they keep telling me to call this person and ext and then this person but that person does not know anything.Know one at baypines knows what the other person is doing. What a headache.
Bay Pines medical is excellent for forty years , except the denial which sucks! Takes five months to get a tooth filled! Guess what not covered under CHOICE Program! They look at it four times saying It needs to be fixed. Than five months till they can work me in! Ok Mr Trump get this BS fixed!
I have nothing but praise for Bay Pines. They have been absolutely WONDERFUL with my Dad, who has dementia. When he had to have a basil cell removed from under his eye, I was permitted to go with all the way to the surgery doors. The staff was so patient with him. My husband has been so pleased with all that he has had done. Out patient procedures done yesterday and he said it was as pleasant as it could be, staff was great. I signed, in sat by my wife, and before i got my weight fully in the chair they called my name. Went back, ask me a few questions checked my feet and off I go, 14 minutes after my appointment time I was sitting out front waiting on wife to get the car!
Never had any problems at Bay Pines VA. The secret of going to the VA it's to go with time.
