My MRI RESCHEDULE ME SCANNERS WENT DOWN JUST BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT
They have always treated my Husband good and with the best of care. He's in now and is being well taken care of
Worthless when a Director can not see you after 3 trips and answering a Congressional. I requested my CFile at this office as Panama City discovered fraud/ extra depends, aid and attendance claims from a bankrupt foreign AD spouse who had missing 15-6 investigations from Hunter Army Airfield, I received my CFile not from them but AL with a deceased male veterans info and SS# sure wish they would have put that pin on my claim to monitor it.

Could be worse. I just notice that they overlook a lot of basic stuff. I'll keep my mouth shut about the rest because they have never treated me for anything. SOP doesn't apply at a Veterans Association.
My CPAP quit working and had to come here to get another one, only 2 people in and one was given a class. Talked to the Advocate and he was able to start the process and I received a new one after the old one broke 2 weeks ago. Thank you very much for all of the help, The Pulmonary Department
The Administrative Staff at the Allergy Clinic seemed indifferent to my needs and gave me short shrift. This was very annoying. The Nurse and Doctor were respectful and accommodating which enabled me to add one star above. Administrative personnel need to be reminded that they are there for US VETERANS as a priority. They should not avoid acknowledging our presence while we stand in front of them as they perform some other task(s) or engage in some other conversation. It's a question of simple courtesy.
