Here for my annual physical. Amazing patient care as always!
My visit today was a lot better than yesterday. It like night and day. The eye clinic personnel from the front desk to the doctors were attentive and pleasant. I just wish all parts of hospital were modeled after the eye clinic. The biggest problem I noticed is not enough medical personnel because the appointments are way to far apart. They just don't have enough staffing.
I think Bay Pines is one of the best hospitals I've ever been in private are public. Your treated with respect fast I went in four weeks ago because I had a lung infection the doctor didn't like the way my heart was looking that's not even why I was there but he said he wanted to test it because it looks just a little different than last year they had me come in following Monday run some tests and took me to surgery that day was over 80% blocked on left and on right side you can't get better service and what you get at Bay P... read more
Took a transport to the E.R. who was having shortness of breath he was quickly admitted and checked out . He was very pleased in how thorough and the way he was treated.
Get great care here. My experience with this hospital and another VA hospital in Wisconsin has been very positive.
Met appointment times. Professional, competent & courteous. That's what I wanted and received.
The Nurses (ALL Shifts) in 4A Room 154 has been more than Awesome, above and beyond the call of Duty in providing the Best Service possible during my stay Joan, Loise, Bob, Angel, Ken and those of which i don't know there names................performed there duties with sure professionalism and concern to my (our) needs!!!! I've been a patient for over 15 yrs. I think Bay Pines is one of the Best. The people treat you with respect, and kindness. So far, they've kept me alive. So, they also must also know what they're doing. I've been to other VA hospitals, and it's more like going to the DMV.......
GOD is amazing!! Shout out to VA Hospital entire MEDICAL staff in St. Petersburg FL for their awesome services and for fronting our hotel stay!! They fixed my hubby's predicament fast and efficiently. They assured us that everything will be alright and made both of us feel comfortable. ASK and you shall receive! SEEK and you shall find! KNOCK and the door shall be answered!
