I've had the most wonderful experience of any I've ever had in my many dealings with the medical profession. The staff; the doctors, the nurses and nurses aids, the cleanliness of the facility and the ever present professionalism exhibited by everyone I've encountered has been incredible. I don't use the va much as I've always had private insurance and choose to use that in order to help my less fortunate brothers but the few occasions I have used va, the staff and services were beyond helpful.
My first time going yesterday, my first appointment in the VA system, when I first got there I was turned around, everyone helped me, inside desk staff was courteous and respectful, saw two doctors, right on time, fast and listened and compassionate, if possible I recommend Bay Pines, nothing but good things to say. All hospitals and medical facilities should take a lesson from Bay Pines and run their facilities the same way....keep up the good work
I could always say I love it when my test results come back good. Thank you dr. Park my endocrinologist and thank you dr. Ma my rheumatologist. And thank you dr. Nadal.
