I took my baby to the hueytown location and it was terrible. I wrote a review and was immediately contacted by Catherine at the Birmingham location and was asked to bring my baby back in to them so they could make things right. I was very happy with how she was treated there and how she was groomed. I would be happy to bring my baby back to this location but I will not be returning to the Hueytown location ever again again unless they get a completely new staff. They are awesome!! I sent a message the night before and they were able to provide me an appointment for the next day, once there ,I filed out paperwork and showed the lady upfront a picture of how I wanted my Pom cut, she said ok and took it from there!! I was a little scared b.c he’s only been to one groomer and wasn’t sure if he would like it. He absolutely LOVED IT!! The staff was very friendly, caring and patient. They are great. They are so good with gypsy. I recommend them highly
This place is the best. We have to get our husky mix clipped every summer, because he just can't take the heat, and they're the only groomers we've found who make him look like an adorable short-haired dog and not a goofy-looking shaved husky. Plus, they're so nice -- he likes them a lot, and they seem to return the sentiment. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else.
They always do an incredible job on our golden doodle (who likes to play outside a lot and tends to matte easily!). Our pups are always happy when we pick them up and look great.

I love this place. They are great with my dog shaggy and the staff is very friendly.
This is the ONLY place I will take my dog. The staff here is incredible and always treats my baby with the best care. I recommend them to everyone who asks! If you want wonderful people taking care of your dog then this is the place to go!
