First time going to the groomer and it was the BEST experience. We were told what to expect and about when our baby would be ready. They called before that time. He was happy and shining like a new penny. They also provided us with other information that we needed. We will be back!

This place badly cut my poor Molly. The wound is deep and the staff seemed completely unconcerned and offered very little apology. It breaks my heart that my sweet dog is limping because the groomer was distracted or in a hurry!
This place is pathetic. They had my dog all day and finally got to grooming her at 5pm. they demand that she be there by 10 am and didn't even start grooming her until 4:30 or later. These people cut my dog so bad down to major flesh exposure and was still bleeding badly when I picked her up. I demanded a refund and they just stared at me blankly like they didn't understand me. This is our veterinarians information. That I mentioned to you on the phone. It's never our intention for a baby to get nicked. As I mentioned we do them in the order they come in. During her visit she was brushed/combed/dried and taken to potty from 12-1. I will call you in the morning to check on her again.

I was nervous to get my Pomeranian shaved because my old groomer said she'd look awful. I got her shaved here and they did an amazing job. I've gotten so many compliments on her. She's a rescue and has sever anxiety. They treated her amazing on top of the great cut. Can't wait to go back
