they took such good care of my 14 yr old highly stressed pup. I have avoided her groomed because she gets so stressed. they were able groom and keep her clam. Ms Kim is amazing.

Really good prices, especially compared to other places in Birmingham. They always do a good job on my Shih Tzu. The hours make it easy to get there. Not the best area of town, but the new store is much better than the old one! Use cards, not cash and know that it might take a while. The staff is so sweet, and they treat my baby with care from what I’ve seen. Basically, for the price it’s really good.
I love the folks at Bath Barks and Bubbles. They take loving care of your pet and it shows. Great folks. Great service.

We loved our first experience here yesterday! Our pom had his first grooming session ever with Baths Barks and Bubbles and he looks awesome! They listened to our instructions and took care of our floof. We’ll be back for sure!
what's a regular customer on Highway 11 in Roebuck wasn't notified that they moved and when they did move I was given an address to come to with no signs for the building to advertise their business and then when I complain to the lady that answered the phone she told me to go somewhere else so there you have it

To hear that a member of our staff was rude and and requested you go somewhere else is odd. We are known for get customer service. We gave notice that the Roebuck location closed on door , all social media. Most babies are groomed around 4-8weeks and its been closed since September. We just relocated the Southside location to a more updated building and the landlord hasnt removed old tenants sign for so ours to go up. We have the sign that was on the Roebuck location outfront.
