Service is bad. Can't tell you what the food was like because we were never waited on! Would have waited longer had the resturant been busy but it was not. Wait staff standing around talking. Dissapointing

This place has horrible management. And burgers are supposed to have buns not toast. Ive been in here a number of times, but over the past it has gotten way worse. I got into an arguement with one of the staff because these a-holes messed up the same burgers 3 times!! A chef was all actin like he was gonna do something about it too. Wish he woulda. Love it! Texas burger is amazing!!!!!!!!!! Service is nice and always helps you, plus they have live music and other nice events during the week. Only negative note the parfait, I really didnt want to get diabetes so i left it untouched. Cheap and amazing choices of beers.
One of the best burgers in town, place is a hidden gem!

Ernest and Chelsea provide the best service EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT for the most difficult group of family members I ever seen.... Mine. Wouldn't spend my Friday night's at any other restaurant, their winning personalities and excellent service are what keep us coming back.
Service sucks. Back to Grub! Good place to film a episode of Restaurant Makeover. Start with the service issues. Owner better get it together or he will be out of business.
Rosa is always my server and always does a good job of taking care of us. Great burgers and shakes!
