Took 15 minutes to get anybody to come around for drink orders. Took another 30 minutes past that for a server to ask if we wanted food. Took 45 minutes after that to get our food. My biscuits and gravy weren't even lukewarm....closer to cold. The potatoes were bland and under cooked. The fruit cup was 90% grapes with like 4 small slivers of cantelope. Odd hours of operation, over priced, no full menu on sundays and an unatentive staff. Still looking for a good burger joint in Midland TX...
Bread was hard as a rock , ff were cold had to track down someone for refills and had to hunt our waitress and wait ten minutes for our ticket to pay out
Had never been here before... and will never come back.... service is slow slow slow... drinks are very weak... 2 tables were sat after we had already ordered our food, and they got their food before us.... the food? Fries? Could tell they had been cooked twice... hamburger? The bread was so hard could hardly bite it... the sign outside... "voted favorite burger" who did the voting??
The restaurant should do itself a favor and change their music selection. I'm sure most people do not want hear Nikki Minaj over Sunday Brunch. Overall, it's a nice restaurant in need of a few minor changes.
1 year ago I would have given them a 5! Sorry but service is decent, food is terrible, and prices are way to expensive for the amount of food you get. This used to be our go to spot! Very disappointed.
Used to be one of our favorite places, but don't plan on ever coming back--Grub Burger Bar will now be our go-to burger joint!!
They changed some of their recipes, nachos now have cheap store bought BBQ meat on them instead of smoked brisket. Onion ring batter was think and did not stick to the onion rings.
Used to be one of my favorite spots. Just left Basin Burger and the service was terrible. Our drinks went to the wrong table and then the waitress tried to bring those same drinks back to us. The quality of the food has declined significantly. Not sure what happened to this place....
