I have been to Basin Burger a few times recently and had no problems with service. The food has improved and tastier every time I go. Recommend the Brisket quesadillas , great atmosphere. If you haven't been there in a while I recommend trying it again. The Menu is 100 percent better!!!

Worst restaurant in Midland. Over priced burgers that arrive cold! If you go here set aside 2 hours, because service is terrible! The manager was rude. This establishment is HORRIBLE! I honestly give this place 1/2 a star.

Was really hoping they would be "as advertised" highly disappointed.
Good food but a bit noisy and high priced.
The only place in town that still knows what CUSTOMER SERVICE means! Ask for Alex he is a great server and very personable!
Excellent service and great atmosphere! Food was awesome, too. Great place to watch the A&M game! A bit too expensive for burgers, though. For just my daughter and I to each have a burger dinner and a shake, it cost $51 before tip.
Thousand Island dressing is just orange hot sauce
