Super good burgers and the brisket nachos were huge!

Just walked out. We were sat by the hostess and we're not acknowledged for 15 mins when we walked out. There were 4 tables occupied which meant there were more employees than customers. The manager on duty and 3 employees were either leaned on a wall or sitting! A table behind me was sat and 2 people greeted them and that was all I cared for. We got up and left and WE WERE STILL IGNORED!
An elderly man fell next to our table. NOT one employee attempted to help. It took over an hour for our food to get to us with less than 20 ppl in entire restraunt. Then when we got it my moms order was wrong, it was corrected, but my food was COLD and I was too hungry to wait another hour for warm food

Decent burger. Bit pricey. Not used to paying $30.00 for 2 burgers that basically resembles fudruckers.... cool atmosphere though

Awful service. Waited over an for our food. Tables that were seated over 20-30 min after us were served and had drinks before us. We left w/ out getting our food. Went to Rosa's and had great food and quick, friendly service. Wanted to try Basin Burger. Big mistake!!

I've been here more than once. Food was always good. Service was OK. But the last time was so terrible that I won't ever go back. Took over 2 hours to get seated and customers we refilling there own drinks and that's when we left. Complete wreck...
