Took advantage of young girl , took her money for down payment on car then sold the car out from under her with in 24hours . Extremely shady . Do not buy , lease or do business with them .

I don’t know about your guys experience, but my experiences I bought a truck at The basil, Ford in Cheektowaga 30 days later I had problems with the brakes they wanted to go half with me. I told him no so they end up paying for it but they told me anything else wrong with the car. It’s my problem and it was the manager. It said it soon as I got it out, I’ve been having problems with the transmission. They’re waiting for the extended warranty to kick in so they don’t have to pay for it
