The service overall was the worse experience I ever had taking any of my vehicles anywhere for service. The service advisor seemed clueless and the mechanic did a half fast job not sure if he knew how to do a NYS inspection as well as the service advisor. I went in there and told them a front head light was out and some how I still passed with flying colors of the NYS inspection. Most people might be happy about that part but I'm frustrated!
