Oil change took over 2 hours even with the first appointment of the day. Tires were rotated but tire pressures were not adjusted to 65 psi in front and 80psi in rear. Service manager made things right by refunding my money. I will try them again.
Beware of this place, very unethical. Worst experience we've ever had. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusted with my treatment this time was told to go to another dealership out of the area that was cheaper than Basil price they didn't even try to keep me as a customer will never go there again received a call from a Charlie he didn't even put effort into trying to see me a vehicle..who does that ..no more customer satisfaction or going above and beyond to get you to stay as a customer
