Jordan Ford was very timely in their response to looking at our emergency with our vehicle. Whereas other dealers were not able to get us in for a whole week, Jordan was able to get us in next day. Tanner was the service advisor who worked diligently in solving our problem, expeditiously, including navigating some extended warranty discussions.
This dealership was very professional and helpful from start to finish. Their service was solid.

Salesman Zach Covert was AMAZING! The only thing that kept the experience from being a 5 out of 5 was too much pressure from the finance guy to purchase extended warranty add ons.

came to Dowling Ford in Cheshire when I went on line to schedule a recall service. While I was making an appointment there was a special deal offered for a free oil change and tire rotation it indicated $79.95 value as I read it. I’m a senior citizen so it seemed like a good deal as I have been looking for a new Ford Dealership to use and this add brought me in.
