Purchase a vehicle on 10/22/22 dealer agreed to do repair cracked windshield yes done rear plate light no i had to pay hiw can it pass inspection and a noisy cooling driver seat they said we will take care of you, picked it up not done then they say schedule appointment, make appointment a three months later i can get in now i have to pay after they agreed to fix shame on you Basil Ford i had more faith in you wish i could give 0 stars never again buyers beware.. i need a lawyer
Today I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner. They also ran a computer check to see why my check engine light was on. They realized it was a mistake read in the computer and cleared the code at no cost. Basil Ford is the best dealership in western NY hands down.
