Lisa who was one of the therapists, has yesterday done a very good massage and released all the tension all over my back and calf muscles. The professionalism from her from start to finish was exceptional and welcomed me brilliantly. One of the best in the business.

One of the best salons I’ve been to in the country without a doubt. Ives expertly corrected a badly done balayage and I couldn’t be happier. All the staff are so friendly and kind. If you want a superior salon experience, this is the place. From the most comfortable chairs to wash your hair (that don’t make your neck feel like it will snap!) to the geniuses who work there, I honestly cannot recommend it enough!

I normally get a blow out about once a week back home in the US. I wandered in as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon, and I was very impressed by their wash and blow dry. They were so friendly and my blow out lasted for days. Will be back again. Special thanks to Emily.

I went to a salon called splash just around the corner to have highlights and a cut and they made a total mess of it and then try to overcharge me for treatments I hadn’t asked for or agreed to , I was so upset with what they did to my hair that I couldn’t wait to get it fixed. I found Base Salon in Rupert Street open on Sunday and called in to see if they could help.
