Where do I begin? We had a great experience here in October. So when my husband had a massive stroke January 3rd I took him back. MISTAKE! ALL but a few ICU nurses were cold and rude. Made our family and my husband uncomfortable. Very uncaring about Your loved one! The first day I left my husband alone he had just come off life support. Excellent service. Labor & Delivery floor & then moved too Post partum floor. Wonderful staff I loved me & my babygirls delivery & stay. Food was pretty good & I love the attention all the staff had towards me & making sure the baby is okay. I give a ✋

I love Baptist hospital they always take care of me. All the nurses and doctors are always there making sure that you're okay and comfortable love it. I live in doral, and I always go to baptist hospital no matter what. I can truly say the Baptist Hospital has great services and always make sure you are taking care of.

I love Baptist Hospital. The staff from top to bottom are all professional. It's my only choice whenever I need any procedure done to me or anyone in my family. 5 star service from the time you pre-register over the phone, when you check in, pre-op, post-op recovery and discharge. Little lady had Thyroid surgery. I had abdominal hernia, gallbladder and parotid gland surgery all done at Baptist Hospital.
Amazing service. Came from out of town to see my pops. Gotta say the doctors and nurses were great and treated him with the up most standard of care. Very competent and caring to thier patients. Great experience.
Amazing service, I was treated right away. All of the staff is constantly checking on how I'm doing. They explained well every step and procedure. The nurses and doctors knew exactly what to say to keep me calm before surgery and made my whole experience a positive one. The surgery was a success and I'm extremely grateful.
