Rooms are horribly small and need of repair. Wait times for medicine are terrible. Discharged for two hours and still waiting for medicine.
Been here since 11:30 after explaining to them I had three panic attack triggered because of something that I'm not even sure what it is had one while was here they didn't even bother asking me why it's 3:03 and my anxiety is though the roof I still can't focus my visit but I'm ready to leave

I went to the urgent care in country walk today. I arrived at 11:04 (they open at 11am) was number 15. While waiting over 35 mins a couple with a child arrived, we're told to fill out forms and the man asked to see someone (an RN male came out) all hugs and kisses; 5 mins later in they go while the rest of us 15 wait our turn. That's just so wrong. I left after waiting 45 mins and went to MD now in cutler bay. I was in and out in 45 mins. Will be going there in future for urgent care needs. Shame Baptist....
Emergency wait is horrible visited 2 times and no body cares about your pain.

With over a quarter million dollars in hospital bills, one would think you could be updated on your loved one's condition. Not only do I have to watch my husband suffer from multiple diseases, but I have to deal with intensivists that, for the most part, are apathetic and are too busy to speak to you. The Worse emergency room service I have seen in my 63 years of life! I was discharged with ONE piece of paper only that stated to call my primary doctor!!! WOW.. Your emergency room makes you feel like you are in a undeveloped country. The nurses and the doctors do the best they can, but the System used by the administration is not acceptable at all. You , as a patient, do not get the privacy they deserve. You send people out to the lobby with IV's on. It cannot get worse than that!
