I've never been admitted to a hospital before but this hospital took very good care of me this past week. Since I arrived to the emergency room, they just asked my name and the reason why I was there and asked me to take a sit. Then, they went to my seat to fill out any insurance info. They didn't take long to see me and once I was admitted, all the nurses that took care of me during those 5 days, ALL of them where extremely nice! What a difference a decade makes! The health care I received in 05 compared to what I saw Mike receive today was just remarkable! From the housekeeping staff to the neurosurgeons everyone is doing their piece of the total hospital experience with care, respect & skill! Killed my Mother...
Don't EVER go to Baptist Health for care. If you do, expect multiple bills for the same service. Also, expect billing to give you as little information about said bill and to be rude when you ask. Definitely expect them to mix up records, charge you for services you insurance has paid, and lie to you about said payments.

Worst hospital, on 4/21/15 we arrived around 9pm to the emergency for a knee pain and they called my boyfriend at least 4 times to check his vitals, to see what wrong, not giving medicine for the pain, still waiting 4/22/15 now is 12:28am and we are sitting in the room for more than 45 minutes and no one have show up to see how he is doing. DONT GO TO THAT HOSPITAL, BAD SERVICE, LACK OF MEDICAL ATTENTION
Visited the ER on 4/18/15. Wonderful care and service. ER nurse Rob was absolutely the BEST of the BEST! Dr. Leo Huynh was also wonderful.He had a great bedside manner and was really thorough. I feel a million times better because of the top notch care I received at Baptist Hospital!
