Doctors are okay, but the staff in there financial services department is terrible. I have been trying to get an error that they made fixed since July and nobody is competent enough to make this happen. Because of their error I am now being threatened with collections, even though they owe me money, as I overpaid them!
Dr. Luis Felipe Leao, I was in the hospital for 5 days. I received the best service by this doctor. I didn't think doctors like him still existed he treated me with so much humanity and kindness unlike other doctors. I'm now out of the hospital and he continues to follow up. I hope this doctor is recognized for his service. Thank you so much for all your help, Luis Reyes

The best Hospital and Doctors
Took my daughter who could barely walk, she sat in a wheelchair and no one came to her assistance, then we got there last night around 11:30 was seen by a rushed doctor around 5:30am, he was supposed to come back with a nurse to complete test as of now NOTHING has been done and I had to go to desk to find out if anyone was going to help. Service has gone way down! I used to recommend this ER to everyone... I'll rethink that from now on!
Been in the ER left on a stretcher out in the middle of the floor since 1am ... still sitting here in pain .. no one cares though
I have always thought of Baptist as an excellent institution but unfortunately the level of care from the hospitalists is something that left me speechless. I can't say all of them because that wouldn't be fair.
