Arrived in emergency at 1pm thursday. DR. Saw patient at 7pm and said cardiologist and neurologist will see him to order some tests. Friday at 7pm neurologist came an ordered at MRI. Saturday at 1am I was advised that hospital Can not find previous records needed for MRI. Went home to get the copies I had and was told they will do the MRI. Then went home to rest and come back and it is 10:43 am, no test has been done, they don't know why, no cardiologist has come.
BAPTIST STAFF WILL GET YOU RIGHT. IT'S LIKE BEING HOME.
Fue horrible la atencion en este hospital...estube 9 horas para que un medico me atendiera los internistas no son amables y la gente que trabaja en la recepcion son personas sin la mas minima etica profecional...ni atentos...ojala nunca mas tenga que regresar a este hospital fue una experiencia terrible ni los medicos fueron acertados.....no se los recomiendo..
Worst service ever hate this place waited 10 hours with chest pain that was radiating to left arm. got help when we decided to call someone to give a complain.
The worse service ever. I went with chest pain and 4 hours later still did not see a Dr.
Came in w my dad for chest pain around 8:29...After 9 long hours he still has not being seen by any Physician. Their excuse...the system was just change. Is that the protocol at Baptist for someone that comes in w chest pain?? WTH... have some common courtesy and give ur patients some respect. Keep them up date of EKG's and Labs Oh and please don't put on the hospital website the waiting time at the ER 1 hour. That's an insult!!!!!!
The nurses, techs, doctors and everyone are always courteous and professional. All go the the extra mile for superior care.
I love Baptist. I had to have out patient surgery. From surgery check in to checking out after surgery, the staff was wonderful. They were friendly, considerate, attentive and professional. My doctor, Dr. Torres Salichs, is a terrific surgeon! I know how meticulous and caring he is and did not worry at all about having to undergo surgery while in his care!
