Llegue a ER referida de una clinica de emergencias del mismo Baptist por un fuerte dolor en el pecho. Estube esperando casi 7 horas. Cuando le dije a la persona en recepcion que me iba me dijo que podia decirme como habian salido los examenes y solo me dijo: Ud no esta embaraza! Y yo le digo tengo casi 7 horas esperando por los resultados de mis analisis de enzimas cardiacas, a lo cual me respondio que ese examen no me lo habian realizado. �������� Que desepcion!!!!!! Nurse Joseph was beyond helpful when I entered the ER. He made my entire stay easy and comfortable. He had a positive attitude and a great sense of humor. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful and caring person. We need more people like him working in hospitals.
