Great service, triage was very quick, ultrasoind almost inmediatly. Got awesome nurses, extremely grateful

They put me on the hallway of ER The nurses were not friendly Telling them you have pain is like the worst crime.
Since this hospital became a place where students practice, it has hurt the integrity and professionalism of its core operations. Baptist attention in its staffing has dwindled dramatically. I noticed the care in patient needs was poorly addressed. In general, I like this hospital but emergency is lacking the luster it used to have and the staff working the floors seem more involved in other 'activities' than paying the patient's individual attention and/or care.

Everyone is a charm. Even though I had some good folks at coral gables. I had to leave tossve myself my surgeon worked out of there but I have to say I was not being taken. Care off. So I left Ama and came here. Doing much better. No complaints for Baptist

Good afternoon, I would like to start of by saying that your radiology dept at Baptist Hospital (main) where you book appointments for ultrasounds have no idea what they are doing! I had an apt for Sept 24th for a pelvic ultrasound. I set it up via email and website. I then had to call the apt center via phone because I did not receive any response. I finally got through and Vivian told me that they had not received anything. I then faxed her the prescription, again. She called me back and we were able to book the apt for th... read more
8 weeks pregnant with excruciating abdominal pain I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours before I got into a room. Worst service ever, my room was filthy it had old open supplies on the counter, an iv bag in the sink. Terrible experience!!
