I walked in with excruciating back pain, bad enough to send me to the hospital. I waited over an hour and a half with the pain getting worse by the minute. Watched several people who came in after me, go in before me. When I asked the person at the desk how many more patients were ahead of me, he said 6 more, do I left. I left very disappointed because this hospital used to be a caring hospital where patient care came first. Sorry to say, it's not like that anymore. Been here at the ER for more than 8 hrs at the waiting room with chest and stomach pain. The worst customer service. Horrible.
I work at this world class place! Only good things can be said about my place of employment! People get very well very quickly with our Doctors and nurses and everyone in between.

Los mejores doctores, enfermeras, y el mejor trato a los pacientes sobre todo a los niños. Muy buena esperiencia en este hospital.
ER admitence was quick and timely and once admitted staff very responsive ..
The employees are great. The hospital on the other hand need to comfort the patient more they leave you in the waiting room when all you want is to lay down. They make you wait hours and hours then they take you into a treatment room were it took another hour to bring a breathing machine. Very, very disappointed never saw a room I was there 6 hours horrible no respect for the patients. Sad.
