Don't understand what I s happening... I am going on 6 hours in the waiting room and haven't been checked by a doctor... Don't want to leave because it can be my kidneys....what to do.... During my wait here several people have left.... This is horrible..

Very clean hospital. Good signage directing visitors and staff to different units and departments. VERY caring nurses, especially Daniele on 4th MCVI Doctors spoke to all family and even came back when additional questions asked. Doctors returned phone calls from Nursing very promptly.

Emergency room receptionist and the nite checking me in need a better personality dealing with ill people. Other than that everyone great! Still here though. Hoping to leave today
Every department I have interacted with has done no less than an excellent job. From the ER (Folks need to remember that this is MIAMI there is going to be a wait unless you are trucked in via ambulance with a life threatening malady.) to the Spine Center (Christine Villoch & Moises lustgarten). The neurology team and the surgeons....No small bit of praise for all support staff as well. Just an amazing organization. Thank you.
We were so blessed to have two wonderful Doctors at this Hospital. DR.David Keyes and Dr. Jose Joy was so super great with my Husband with all the care that they provided for him after his accidents. Very nice Hospital!! Thank you for all you did for us!!!
