Entire wait time and seeing the doctor was indeed a short wait. The entire staff was nice and very friendly. Clean hospital.
Medical care is awesome. Billing is the worst!!! You constantly have to call and correct their mistakes. The “we have a new system” excuse is getting old.
Dr Mark Phillipi and Dr Todd Lawson are awesome doctors.

Had it not been for ER Dr Lauren Hopkins, I’m not sure I would be even alive to write this review. I went in with chest pains and found 99% blockage in main artery. The entire staff treated me like family and I am so blessed that things turned out as well and that God has not finished with me yet!
It would be nice if they would get off the computers, Every time I saw a doctor or nurse they were on a computer.. And majority of the nurses did not even know what my daughter was in for. Also a medicine she was supposed to get last night was not given. The doctor from ER said she could go home this morning after her antibiotic IV, Well the nurse came in and said the doctor wanted to stay another night, we refused. service was awful. waa admitted for chest pain, requested psychologist and pain meds, was DENIED BOTH, very disappointed, was treated with no compassion or sensitivity. Baptist hospital needs to understand that not every patient that asks for pain meds are drug addicts looking to get high, some of us are really in pain!! also stop treating patients with the same condition the same, stop trying to put us in the same category, everybody's body is different and not everyone can be treated with the same treatment!! what works for one person may no... read more
I have always had good service and an awesome dr
I recommend Baptist ER on so many levels. They took great care of me. They were very kind and patient with you. I was in there for my oxygen being really low and was having trouble breathing. They helped me right away and send me home with a FREE breathing machine, 60 packs of FREE breathing medicine, and 9 FREE steriods pills for a 3 day use. The doctor also told me to come to his clinic Monday and he would not charge for a visit but just check me and give me a bunch of FREE breathing medicine samples. They did all this so ... read more
