Very good hospital take very good care of you
My son has had two surgeries here at Baptist and this has been absolutely the best experience and service we have ever had in a hospital (or service anywhere for that matter). From 5 am in the admission area to the surgery waiting room the people here has provided superior customer service all while smiling and asking “how are you today” or saying “good morning”.

I have been in Hospital with my Mother many times the best treatment and care. Team Baptist # 1
Night shift are awful and uncaring. Stay with your family. Don’t leave them in their clutches at night. No blankets for the patient. No water cup. Moved phone away from him all at night. Right now I’m looking at nasty stuff all over floor. He came from critical condition to 6 th floor of hades Oh and nurse said water machine wasn’t working either. I pray he never has to come back here nor anyone else in my family or that I know
Totally awesome staff!! Everyone we came in contact with was super nice! Especially the girls on the 6th floor dealing with the ortho patients. Sharon, Casie, and Cynthia all need a raise for taking such great care of my father after his knee surgery. Dr. Almand is a superior ortho surgeon!!
I am reading about a friend in the ER NOW THAT HAS PNEUMONIA COUGHING AND HASNT SEEM PHYDICIAN I 24 HOUR THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET ADMITTED THAT LONG COUGHING IS UNCONTTOLLABLE
Clean hospital, food is excellent. Very sweet and knowledgeable nurses.
