They keep billing you for the same thing even after you pay them! Very frustrating since the billing office is in Georgia and you can't get anyone to answer your questions.
I almost lost my life there. Overdosed me on an antibiotic they were giving me without checking my blood!
My Grandmother had a double bypass heart surgery yesterday and came out perfectly fine she had amazing doctors that she was very pleased to have they made her feel very comfortable. I knew that the Baptist hospital was the best heart hospital in Mississippi we do understand that God has all power in his hands and he chose the right physicians to assist him with making this surgery as perfect as his plan was called to do I most definitely recommend this hospital with 5 stars. Relax at the Baptist! 🙏💯😁🙏
Mize procedure with no pain medication. Heat clip put in without my knowledge. Quacks ! I still have a-fib and feel like crap every day. Lawsuit ?
Baptist hospital will never see another dime of my money. they are only interested in the almighty dollar and could not care less about you as a human being. the administration there and CEO is cold blooded and cares nothing for their patients. if you value your life or the life or health of your loved ones do not ever set foot in this Hospital.
Every staff member except maybe 2 were rude and acted like they didn’t know how to do their job ! By far bad experience! Will not be back! Being polite and knowledgeable about your job goes a long way ! Try smiling ! The staff took our already bad situation and made it worse!
Just got back from surgery installing a pacemaker. Everything went fine. Didn’t hurt at all. Talk to the cardiologist the whole time he was working on me. This is an excellent hospital and the staff is first rate! Scheduled to go home tomorrow afternoon.
The technologists in the colonnades as well as the hospital CT department were very knowledgeable about their work and caring while performing my exams. My experience with the IR and his nurses who performed my procedure couldn’t have gone better. Simple things like offering me a warm blanket or a cup of coffee when my procedure was through made all the difference. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and family. Should me or my family need medical care again, Baptist will be our first choice.
