Worthless excuse of hospitality and care. Grandfather has been here for the past month trying to get stable while fighting dementia. Doctor is always nowhere to be found, nurses do not care or check on him, and has let him fall down busting his head open and cut his arm 3 separate times. No matter what, I refuse to ever step foot into a Baptist Medical facility ever again. Absolutely disgusted with this place.
Not sure what to say.. the doctors lecturing my mother on one stay about her meds.. which should be done in a more professional & caring manner.. then the next stay (which she is in there right now) when she complains about her hip bothering her.. YOU GIVE HER A BABY ASPRIN?!?!.. You folks need to step up your A-game or something..
