Well you have a racist working there by the name of Kyle Thomas. No one of color should be treated by this manic. He called a pregnant woman the Nword over nothing and then gave a bogus apology. He needs to go.
Might want to screen your employees a little better...quite concerned about the treatment that patients might be receiving from Kyle Thomas, especially patients that are not Caucasian. Racism definitely has no place in the medical profession & the fact that he has contact with patients is alarming!
My husband was admitted last Thursday may 31,2018. We had superior service. Everyone we had was above par. Especially all the nurse s on 6 A. Thank you!!

Great nurses that enjoy their line of work. Everyone was very efficient and so nice. No one wants to be the patient but when you are, it helps to know that you have such compassion and understanding around you.

My wife was being checked in for surgery. I parked the car and started to go in lobby of the hospital. I slipped on a pea gravel pebble that someone had tracked in from the flower beds outside the entrance and fell on my face and ribs. It knocked out and broke my crowns and several teeth that I had to have extracted. My hearing was out for two days and my rib cage was so sore, I had to sleep in a recliner for 15 nights. Absolutely horrible. The Emergency room staff was rude. They got upset because my husband didn't want take medicine that had nothing to with his symptoms. They sat around joking and laughing while patients were stacking up. We waited 5 hours and they were mad because we asked questions. Im Disgusted. Then Im still obligated to pay. This sucks.
